So… who is Traction Financial?
Traction was founded in 2018 following many years working in an international mid-tier accounting practice. We were ready for a new challenge, an opportunity that allowed us to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, to support throughout every aspect of their journey and not just once a year when that pesky tax return needed to be lodged!
We had a drive to do more and to make a greater impact: we wanted to work much closer with small business entrepreneurs and provide them with the support and guidance to succeed; to embrace the ever-growing technology available to support business ownership; and to provide a modern workplace for our superstar team of accountants and bookkeepers to thrive.
So here we are, Traction Financial, we’re excited to be here and cannot wait to partner with you to help your small business, no matter where you are in your journey!

We use the latest in cloud technology to automate, integrate and streamline our internal processes to work efficiently and effectively in the services we provide.
We are so passionate about the benefits and efficiencies of cloud technology, it constantly flows into our conversations with business owners; listening, considering and recommending tech options to remove those pesky, headache-y tasks no
one likes to do.

We aren’t the accountants that want to know when we will receive your tax information because there is an impending deadline approaching; rather, we are the accountants who want to know what you want to achieve with your business, what happiness means to you, how you plan to meet your goals and what we can do to help and support you along the way. We want to know how that big project you tendered for and won is going, we want to know how the search for a new office is going, how the new recruit is settling in. We care about every step and every aspect of your journey and being there to support and assist, or simply cheer you on along the way!

Not only do we care, we also collaborate. Caring is step one, but it doesn’t stop there for Traction. We are always available to provide support and advice whenever needed. Where the support required is outside of our area of expertise, we collaborate with hand-picked experts within the required field and work alongside these experts to ensure our clients are always well looked after.
