We started Traction in 2018 with one big goal: to build a firm that felt personal, proactive, and truly invested in our clients’ success – not just at tax time, but year-round.
After years in a large mid-tier firm, we were ready for something different. We wanted to work more closely with ambitious business owners, harness the power of new technologies, and create a workplace where talented people thrive.
